Primary construction in 3/4" solid birch hardwood.
Back panel and drawer bottoms in birch plywood.

Finish:
Areas noted “dark” on the rendering will receive an espresso stain.
All other areas will receive a clear coat.
MEJA Designs uses all-natural, non-VOC stains and clear coats from Odie’s Oil.

Drawings & Rendering:
A fabrication drawing will be provided to Buyer. MEJA Designs will build the unit to the approved drawing and notations.
The 3D/visual rendering is illustrative (shape and general color only). Actual color and wood grain will vary due to the natural characteristics of wood.

Design Changes:
Buyer may request design changes during the build.
Depending on scope, changes may require a written change order and may affect price and schedule.

Price & Payment:
Total Price (FOB Stockton, CA): $2,142.68
Payment terms: 50% deposit to initiate work; remaining 50% due prior to shipment/pickup. Payment must be received before release to the carrier.

Shipping:
FOB Stockton, CA. Buyer is responsible for arranging freight.
Upon request, MEJA Designs can coordinate shipping on Buyer’s behalf; all freight charges paid by MEJA Designs must be reimbursed by Buyer prior to pickup/release.

This is a custom-built product. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
By paying the deposit and/or approving the drawing, Buyer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
